1. UNDERGROUND MINE SENIOR ENGINEER
(CODE: UG – MINE SR ENGINEER)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize short-, mid-, and long-term underground mine plans to support safe and efficient production.
- Supervise underground mining and drill & blast engineering activities to ensure work is executed according to approved plans and engineering standards.
- Prepare and review mine designs, production schedules, ventilation layouts, and development plans using mine planning software.
- Monitor mining performance, analyze operational data, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, ore recovery, and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with geology, survey, operations, maintenance, and contractor teams to ensure effective project execution and production targets are achieved.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure all underground mining activities comply with company standards, safety regulations, and Good Mining Practice (GMP).
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers while driving continuous improvement in underground mining processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum education S1 Mining Engineering.
- Have at least 4 years of work experience in the underground mining industry.
- Have POP certification.
- Familiar with mine planning software such as Deswik CAD, Ventsim, or Autocad.
- Strong technical understanding of underground mining methods, especially Sublevel Caving (SLC) & Block Caving (BC), mining equipment, as well as Good Mining Practice (GMP).
- Master MS Office software, especially Excel.
- Proficiency in English orally and in writing.
- Understand the principles of safety / K3 and be able to apply them to themselves and others.
2. UNDERGROUND MINE SR GEOLOGIST
(CODE: UG – MINE SR GEOLOGIST)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise underground geology activities, including geological mapping, ore control, grade control, and resource definition.
- Provide geological input and recommendations to support mine planning, production, and underground development activities.
- Review and interpret geological data, block models, and resource models to ensure accurate and reliable mine information.
- Support geological studies, including concept, pre-feasibility, feasibility, and mine life extension projects.
- Coordinate with mine engineering, survey, and production teams to optimize ore recovery and minimize dilution.
- Ensure all geological activities are conducted in compliance with company standards, industry best practices, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Mentor and develop the geology team while preparing technical reports and driving continuous improvement in geological processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum education S1 Geological Engineering.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the underground mining industry and at least 2 years in the position of Senior Engineer.
- Have experience in making Geological Resource Block Model refinement, Geotechnical structures model study, ore grade control and ore recovery system, etc.
- Familiar with mine planning software such as Deswik CAD and Scheduler or similar tools.
- Have knowledge and understanding of government regulations related to underground mining operations.
- Master MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English orally and in writing.
- Understand the principles of safety / K3 and be able to apply them to themselves and others.
3. UNDERGROUND MINE SENIOR SPECIALIST PROJECT
(CODE: UG – MINE SR SPECIAL PROJECT)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems for underground mining projects.
- Coordinate project activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to engineering specifications.
- Prepare, review, and interpret engineering drawings, technical documents, and project designs to support field execution.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during project implementation and commissioning.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project quality and successful delivery.
- Ensure all project activities comply with company standards, engineering best practices, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Monitor project progress, prepare technical reports, and recommend continuous improvements to optimize project performance and underground operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum education Bachelor of S1 in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Underground mechanical/electrical, at least 2 years in project study (mining), and generally 7 years of experience in related fields.
- Mastering engineering drawings and CAD.
- Have a certificate of competency in the mechanical/electrical field.
- Able to design the dewatering system and its installation.
- Able to make electrical distribution design and installation.
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Master Microsoft Office.
- Able to speak English well, both verbally and in writing.
- Understand and be able to apply the principles of occupational safety and security in daily work.
4. UNDERGROUND MINING DRAFTER
(CODE: UG – MINING DRAFTER)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate 2D and 3D engineering drawings for underground mine development, infrastructure, and construction projects using CAD software.
- Develop and update mine layouts, tunnel designs, technical drawings, and as-built drawings in accordance with engineering standards.
- Collaborate with mining, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers to convert engineering concepts into detailed technical drawings.
- Review and revise drawings based on project changes, field conditions, and engineering requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized drawing records, document revisions, and ensure all design documentation is up to date and properly controlled.
- Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, applicable regulations, and health, safety, and engineering requirements.
- Provide drafting support for underground projects by assisting with design improvements and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Minimum education Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Bachelor of Mining Engineering or Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (S1).
- Experienced in the mining industry for at least 2 years, having experience in the plus underground will be a plus.
- Able to draw techniques in 2D and 3D and master design software such as Civil AutoCAD and Deswik.
- Master MS Office such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
- It has a high orientation towards detail, precision, and accuracy in drawing making.
- Able to speak English both verbally and in writing.
- Have the ability to work independently or in a team, with good communication and the ability to coordinate.
- Having a driver’s license will be a plus.
- Understand the principles of safety / K3 and be able to apply them to themselves and others.
5. UNDERGROUND SAFETY OFFICER
(CODE: UG – SAFETY OFFICER)
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor underground health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure effective risk control measures are implemented.
- Monitor high-risk work activities and provide guidance to ensure all tasks are performed safely and in accordance with approved procedures.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve workplace safety.
- Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture and ensure employees understand HSE requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in HSE/ Public Health.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of HSE in the mining industry and at least 2 years in the underground mining industry.
- It has safety certifications such as General HSE / AK3 Mining and POP. Having a SMKP Internal Auditor certificate will be an added value.
- Understanding Risk Management and incident investigation.
- Able to conduct incident investigations with ICAM/other methods.
- Being able to provide training with various techniques and methods effectively, having a ToT certificate will be an added value.
- Able to speak English both verbally and in writing.
- Master Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Powerpoint).
- Able to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and well structured.

6. UNDERGROUND MINE ENGINEER SUPERINTENDENT
(CODE: UG – MINE ENGINEER SUPT)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all underground mine engineering functions, including mine planning, drill & blast, ventilation, material management, surveying, special projects, and batch plant operations to support safe and efficient mining activities.
- Develop and implement strategic mine engineering plans, production targets, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve operational, safety, and cost performance objectives.
- Direct, coach, and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams while fostering a high-performance culture, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all underground engineering activities comply with company standards, FS & AMDAL regulatory requirements, the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP), and Good Mining Practice (GMP), while managing operational risks and driving safety excellence.
- Collaborate with operations, geology, maintenance, contractors, and senior management to optimize mine performance and support long-term business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum education S1 Mining Engineering.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in underground mine operations as an Underground Mine Engineer, as well as at least 5 years in a senior or supervisory position.
- Strong technical understanding of underground mining methods, especially Sublevel Caving (SLC) & Block Caving (BC), mining equipment, as well as Good Mining Practice (SMKP).
- Have KJL-II and POM certificates (preferably if you have KIM and POU).
- Proficient in using Mine Design and Scheduling Software such as Deswik, Ventsim, Blasting software, etc.
- Have an in-depth understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis in mining operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, as well as being able to communicate and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the performance of underground mining contractors (UG Contractors).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
- Understand the principles of safety / K3 and be able to apply them to themselves and others.
7. SITE SERVICES SUPERINTENDENT
(CODE: HRGA – SITE SERVICES SUPT)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all site services operations, including camp accommodation, catering, housekeeping, transportation, and facility management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure all site facilities, such as WTP, WWTP, STP, and Reverse Osmosis systems, are operated and maintained safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve site services procedures, budgets, and operational plans to enhance service quality and cost efficiency.
- Manage contractors and service providers, monitor their performance, and ensure all services meet agreed quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
- Lead and develop the Site Services team while collaborating with internal departments to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality support services for site operations.
Requirements:
- Have a minimum of a Diploma from the faculty of Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or other related majors
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of Site Services and at least 5 years in a senior position from the mining industry
- Have experience in camp management including supporting facilities such as WTP, WWTP, STP, TPS and Reverse Osmosis
- Experienced in creating, implementing, and evaluating procedures at GA such as Risk Assessment, ISO Audit, SMKP, SMP, Hygiene Inspection, etc.
- Mastering contractor management/vendor performance, especially for vehicle rental, catering, and housekeeping
- Experienced with fleet management both LV, Bus, and other external vehicles
- Strong in leadership, able to direct and develop the team
- Have good and convincing communication skills, be responsive to needs, and have a strong hospitality spirit
- Able to plan, organize, and control every aspect of their work
- Mastering English both verbally and written
- Master MS Office, especially Excel, Words, and Powerpoint
- Understand and apply the principles of K3 in all work activities
8. MANDARIN TRANSLATOR
(CODE: MGMT – MANDARIN TRANSLATOR)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate oral interpretation and written translation between Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia during meetings, site visits, training sessions, and daily operational activities.
- Translate official documents, reports, presentations, contracts, technical documents, and business correspondence while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and cultural context.
- Support communication between expatriates, management, contractors, government representatives, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
- Assist the General Manager Operations (GMO), KTT, and Management Team with interpretation, scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative support related to expatriate activities.
- Support cross-cultural communication and facilitate effective collaboration across multicultural teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mandarin Language, English, Translation, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mandarin Translator/Interpreter in the mining, EPC, plant and/or heavy equipment industrial sectors.
- Experience supporting expatriates in a mining environment is highly preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written (HSK Level 4 or above is preferred).
- English proficiency with TOEFL ITP ≥550 or IELTS ≥6.0 is preferred.
- Strong translation, interpretation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing document control and handling confidential business information.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards in daily work.
9. ASSET PROTECTION SUPERVISOR
(CODE: AP – ASSET PROTECTION SPV)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily security operations to protect company assets, facilities, employees, and contractors.
- Ensure all security activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Conduct security risk assessments, investigations, and incident reporting, and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead and develop the security team to maintain high standards of safety, discipline, and performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including local authorities, police, TNI, community leaders, and government agencies, on security-related matters.
- Monitor access control, emergency response, and security systems to ensure effective site protection.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of security programs, including security awareness and OBVITNAS compliance.
Requirements:
- A minimum of high school, diploma or bachelor’s degree will be a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the security field, and at least 2 years in the position of Supervisory. Background in OIL & Gas and Mining companies will be an added value
- Have a recognized certificate of expertise/training from the TNI/Polri (Madya, etc.), ENERGY AND MINERAL RESOURCES/BNSP (POP/POM, etc.), and other related agencies
- Able to conduct surveillance, investigation, and conduct security risk analysis
- Having the ability to manage an electronic security system will be a plus
