1. SENIOR TRAINING OFFICER

• Kode: HR – STOF
• Penempatan: Pani Gold Mine Site, Gorontalo

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3L) regulations and actively engage in all safety initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate training plans, schedules, materials, and assessments.
• Maintain accurate training records, databases, competency, certification, and license data.
• Monitor mandatory training, certifications, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare training reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with trainers, HODs, subject matter experts, vendors, and external providers.
• Support implementation and improvement of L&D systems, processes, and documentation.
• Ensure training activities comply with company standards, HSE requirements, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or a related field, preferably within the mining or other industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of L&D, training needs analysis, competency development, and evaluation.
• Understanding of mandatory training, certification, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in training database, records management, and reporting.
• Proficient in LMS and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and dashboards.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Good command of English, written and verbal.
• Willing to be assigned to the Pani Gold Mine site location with a schedule and working hours determined by the company.

2. GRADE CONTROL FOREMAN

• Kode: TS – GCF
• Penempatan: Pani Gold Mine Site, Gorontalo

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3L) regulations and actively engage in all safety initiatives.
• Supervise the daily activities of the Pit Technicians and Sampling Crew.
• Ensure that blast hole sampling, ore spotting, and pit mapping are executed according to SOPs.
• Coordinate with Geologists, Mine Operations, and Survey Teams to control ore-to-waste boundaries.
• Monitor sample quality, handling procedures, and ensure timely delivery of samples to the laboratory.
• Prepare accurate daily reports documenting sampling progress, ore identification, and pit observations.
• Act as the primary field leader, setting high standards for discipline, performance, and teamwork within the Mine Geology Team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma III in Geology or Mining.
• Candidates with a high school/vocational high school equivalent and relevant experience will also be considered.
• At least 3 years of experience in geological mining operations.
• Strong expertise in QAQC sampling, ore control, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) disciplines.
• Ability to lead teams and conduct field supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hold a valid driving license (SIM A).
• Having a valid First Line Operational Supervisor (POP) certificate.
• Willing to be assigned to the Pani Gold Mine site location with a schedule and working hours determined by the company.

3. CONVEYOR BELT SPLICING SUPERVISOR

• Kode: FPM – CBSV
• Penempatan: Pani Gold Mine Site, Gorontalo

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3L) regulations and actively engage in all safety initiatives.
• Ensure the smooth operation of conveyor systems across Pani site.
• Interpretation technical drawings and perform belt installations using tools such as belt cutters, presses and vulcanizers to splice belts and create strong, durable joints with precision in measurements and alignment to prevent misalignment and ensure efficient operation.
• Able to quickly diagnose the issue and perform repairs to minimize downtime. This includes identifying wear and tear, such as frayed edges, cuts or abrasions and using the appropriate splicing technique to fix the problem.
• Having regular maintenance skills. Conduct routine inspections to check for signs of wear and perform preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating moving parts, adjusting tension, and replacing worn components.
• Having knowledge, skill and experience for techniques in Conveyor Belt Splicing: Lap Splice, Finger Splice, and Cable Belt Splice for various sizes of conveyor up to 2400mm wide.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma with major Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as splicing belt supervisor.
• Having a valid First Line Operational Supervisor (POP) certificate.
• Proficient in conveyor belt splicing techniques (hot splicing, cold splicing, and mechanical fastening) for both fabric belts and steel cord belts.
• Skilled in operating and maintaining splicing equipment (such as vulcanizing press machines, belt strippers).
• Capable of troubleshooting conveyor belt system failures and determining appropriate repair methods.
• Able to read technical schematics, layout drawings, and conveyor material specifications.
• Willing to be assigned to the Pani Gold Mine site location with a scheduled and working hours determined by the company.

4. SENIOR HYDROGEOLOGY & HYDROLOGY ENGINEER

• Kode: TS – SHHE
• Penempatan: Pani Gold Mine Site, Gorontalo

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3L) regulations and actively engage in all safety initiatives.
• Supervise and provide technical direction for dewatering operations, borehole drilling, pump tests, piezometers installation, and groundwater/surface water monitoring systems.
• Coordinate with geotechnical, environmental, and production teams to ensure the effective implementation of technical recommendations in the field.
• Prepare technical documents required for permits related to water use and management.
• Mentor, train, and support the development of junior engineers and the hydrogeology & hydrology technical team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Civil Engineer or related field.
• Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in phase earthwork konstruksi DAM dan TSF & the hydrogeology aspect of active mining operations; experience in metalliferous mining environments is preferred.
• Strong in develop, implement, and evaluate mine water management strategies including mine dewatering, water supply, and water balance.
• Strong in analyze rainfall data, river discharge, mine drainage, and hydro-meteorological conditions to support the design of surface water management system.
• Strong in providing strategic recommendations to senior management regarding risks and opportunities from a hydrological-hydrogeological perspective.
• Familiar with the planning, installation and monitoring of dewatering well and piezometers: Vibrating wire piezometer and all subsurface instrument automatic real time method holes.
• Possess a valid First Operational Supervisor (POP) Certificate.
• Hold a valid driving license (SIM A).
• Strong in proficient in hydrogeology/hydrology technical software.

5. MANDARIN TRANSLATOR

• Penempatan: Pani Gold Mine Site, Gorontalo

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3L) regulations and actively engage in all safety initiatives.
• Provide real-time interpretation (Mandarin-English-Bahasa Indonesia) to ensure smooth and effective communication in daily operations across all project areas.
• Support effective communication between expatriate staff and local employees/workers.
• Assist expatriate employees in understanding local regulations, company policies, and applicable procedures.
• Translate documents with a high level of accuracy, ensuring clarity and consistency, and prepare bilingual reports, presentations, and other official materials.
• Provide real-time interpretation during engineering inspections, technical briefings, and safety walkthroughs to ensure accurate communication regarding construction methodologies.
• Facilitate communication between specialized engineering departments and expatriate technical staff to streamline project workflows.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Communication, or a related field. An educational background in Engineering, combined with relevant engineering experience, is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Mandarin Translator/Interpreter, with a preference for candidates who have at least 3 years of experience in large-scale construction projects or infrastructure project environments.
• Ability to accurately read, understand, and interpret technical drawings and work specifications in collaboration with project management teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Mandarin and English technical terminology, particularly in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Fluent in Mandarin & English, both spoken and written – mandatory.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail and strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to be stationed at the Pani Gold Mine site in Gorontalo, with a schedule and working hours determined by the company.

6. ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENT ENGINEER

• Kode: PE – EISE
• Penempatan: Pani Gold Mine Site, Gorontalo

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3L) regulations and actively engage in all safety initiatives.
• Participate in audits and implement ISO and SMKP (Mining Safety Management System).
• Identify project scopes and create planning for shop drawings as well as resources.
• Develop work schedules, prioritize tasks, and monitor project alignment and progress.
• Identify and prepare a project risk register.
• Plan tasks and determine efficient execution methods.
• Prepare and review resources, tools, and efficient project schedules.
• Review project progress according to plan and implement efficiency measures.
• Coordinate with the construction team to ensure work is executed according to plan.
• Conduct and manage coordination with other departments (stakeholders).
• Organize and lead weekly engineering meetings along with project reporting.
• Prepare progress reports comprising physical progress photos, S-curves, quality status, and project constraints.
• Formulate work methods for traffic management as well as runoff water and drainage.
• Draft work procedures relevant to the project.
• Prepare and manage Material Take-Off (MTO) and material requirement estimates such as concrete, etc.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor the procurement status of project materials.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills using technical language and English, both verbal and written.
• Provide cost estimates for materials, equipment, and/or labor.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the mining construction industry and electrical/instrumentation systems, as well as commissioning infrastructure for heap leach, accommodations, Water Treatment Plant (WTP), etc., or in the oil & gas industry.
• Ability to supervise field projects (POP certified). Familiar with hand sketching through design drawings, creating designs, Material Take-Off (MTO), Cost Estimates (RAB), etc.
• Ability to design electrical systems, including electrical equipment selection, power distribution planning, and load calculations.
• Ability to design instrumentation and control systems, including selecting instruments, sensors, and measurement equipment.
• Proficient in using electrical and instrumentation design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or other related software.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and adjusted to project needs.
• Knowledge of various electrical equipment, such as transformers, generators, electrical panels, and power distribution equipment.
• Basic knowledge of building standards and public facilities according to project specifications, such as SNI, ASTM, etc.
• Supervise and review testing results with QA/QC before and/or after starting construction.
• Familiar with the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for every work scope.
• Willing to be placed at the Pani Gold Mine site, Gorontalo, with schedules and working hours set by the company.
