• ESG Officer (Environmental, Social, and Governance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and maintaining ESG data (environmental metrics, social impact, governance practices).
• Support the preparation of sustainability reports, ESG disclosures, and other ESG materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support disclosure compliance and alignment with ESG-related frameworks and standards, such as GRI, OJK requirements, TCFD, and IFRS S1 and S2.
• Coordinate with other corporate functions (e.g., HR, operations, finance, procurement, etc.) to gather relevant ESG information.
• Conduct research on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Maintain documentation and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in coordinating and managing of ESG ratings such as MSCI and Sustainalytics.
• Assist in completing ESG surveys and questionnaires from third parties.
• Help track the company’s ESG progress.
• Promote ESG awareness and training across the organization.
• Monitor regulatory developments from OJK, IDX, and other relevant authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, sustainability, business, management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in ESG, environmental management, or sustainability.
• Basic understanding of ESG principles and sustainability concepts.
• Exposure to ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work cross-function across operations, finance, and strategy teams.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
