MINE ENGINEER

Requirement (Persyaratan)

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mine Engineer in nickel mining industry.
• Proficient in operating mining software such as Surpac, AutoCad, Minescape, ArcGis and Ms Office.
• Certified in Pengawas Operational Pertama (POP) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of mining operational workflows and able to supervise mining activities in accordance with mine plan.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, analytical with strong communication skills.
• Willing to be placed at Matarape, Central Sulawesi site.

Job Description (Deskripsi Pekerjaan)

• Control and supervise mining operations in the pit area to ensure activities are carried out in accordance with the approved mine plan and company regulations.
• Responsible for ensuring that mining production targets are achieved as planned.
• Prepare and evaluate short term, weekly and monthly mining plans.
• Perform pit, disposal, and haul road design using mining software.
• Analyze production data and prepare technical mining reports.

FOREMAN PROCUREMENT

Requirement (Persyaratan)

• Min Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Min 2-5 years of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain, preferably in the mining industry.
• Hands-on experience in planning, analysis, procurement and vendor/supplier management.
• Detail-oriented person, disciplined and strong in communication, negotiation and coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Available to join immediately.
• Willing to be placed at Matarape Central Sulawesi site or Kendari Southeast Sulawesi.

Job Description (Deskripsi Pekerjaan)

• Handle end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) processes for mining operational needs, including coordination with vendor & suppliers.
• Manage procurement administration and ensure compliance with company SOP’s.
• Negotiate with vendors to achieve optimal price and quality.
