1. PROJECT DEVELOPMENT SUPERINTENDENT
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical development, engineering coordination, constructability review, and execution planning for DSTP and related infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities across mechanical, piping, civil, marine, and offshore disciplines.
- Review and validate engineering deliverables, design packages, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and international standards.
- Provide technical leadership for pipeline systems, pumping systems, mechanical equipment, offshore pipeline installation, marine intake and outfall systems, and SWIS/desalination facilities.
- Support the development of construction methodologies and installation strategies, including offshore installation sequences, pipeline tie-ins, vessel mobilization, heavy lifting, and mechanical completion activities.
- Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, constructability reviews, and risk assessment workshops to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
- Manage technical interfaces with EPC contractors, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities while supporting procurement and technical bid evaluations.
- Monitor project progress, identify technical risks, prepare management reports, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred, while project management certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in engineering and construction projects.
- Proven experience in DSTP or similar water infrastructure projects, SWIS systems, onshore and offshore pipeline projects, marine infrastructure, and mechanical & piping engineering.
- Experience working in EPC/EPCI project environments, with prior exposure to offshore construction and marine operations preferred.
- Strong technical expertise in mechanical and piping engineering, pipeline systems, marine infrastructure, EPC project execution, constructability assessment, engineering standards, and contractor management.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
2. PROJECT ENGINEER (ONSHORE)
Responsibilities:
- Support engineering and technical coordination for onshore mechanical and pipeline systems related to DSTP and water infrastructure projects.
- Review piping layouts, P&IDs, equipment datasheets, and technical specifications to ensure engineering quality and compliance.
- Coordinate the selection and integration of mechanical equipment, including pumping systems, pipelines, SWIS facilities, RO systems, and water transfer systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, including civil, electrical, instrumentation, and process disciplines.
- Review contractor engineering deliverables, technical submissions, and support design optimization and constructability reviews.
- Support procurement activities, including technical bid evaluations, vendor clarification meetings, and equipment technical reviews.
- Provide technical support during construction, installation, commissioning, inspections, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain engineering documentation, prepare technical reports, and ensure compliance with project requirements, engineering standards, and specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in mechanical and piping engineering projects.
- Proven experience with pumping systems, pipeline systems, mechanical equipment engineering, SWIS projects, RO systems, and water infrastructure projects.
- Experience working in EPC project environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering, piping engineering, pipeline systems, equipment selection, construction support, commissioning, and engineering standards.
- Excellent analytical, technical problem-solving, communication, coordination, and project management skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
3. ELECTRICAL INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Support the design, review, implementation, commissioning, and optimization of Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems for mining and processing facilities.
- Review engineering deliverables including P&IDs, Instrument Indexes, I/O Lists, Cause & Effect Matrices, Control Narratives, Loop Diagrams, and Instrument Datasheets.
- Participate in design reviews, HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, and constructability studies.
- Support the implementation and integration of DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS, field instrumentation, and analyzer systems.
- Review control philosophies, automation strategies, and functional design specifications.
- Provide technical support during construction, installation, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and start-up activities.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and control system issues while ensuring reliable system performance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, project specifications, and HSE requirements while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Control Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Instrumentation & Control engineering.
- Experience in mining, mineral processing, smelter, oil & gas, petrochemical, or other heavy industrial projects.
- Experience in EPC/EPCM project environments is preferred.
- Hands-on experience supporting commissioning and start-up activities is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, SIS, process automation, industrial communication protocols, and instrumentation systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, AVEVA/SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI), PLC/DCS configuration tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, safety-oriented mindset.
4. LEGAL CORPORATE OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate, commercial, contractual, and project-related matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on contracts, corporate documents, and other legal instruments to safeguard the Company’s interests.
- Support corporate transactions, including due diligence, restructuring, investments, financing, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives as required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
- Prepare legal opinions, conduct legal research, and provide recommendations on legal and regulatory matters.
- Liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders on legal matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and commercially practical legal solutions.
- Manage multiple legal matters simultaneously while ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) majoring in Law from a reputable university.
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department, preferably with experience in corporate, commercial, contract, transactional, or project-related matters.
- Strong capability in reviewing and providing strategic legal input on contracts, corporate documents, transactions, and other legal matters.
- Experience in the mining sector is compulsory.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify legal risks, provide solutions, and support business decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in written and conversational English.
- Full professional proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high workload, prioritize effectively, and deliver timely results in a dynamic work environment.
- Some travels are expected.
