1. COST CONTROL SPECIALIST

Overview:

• This role is responsible for assisting the Cost Control Supervisor and Superintendent in developing, managing, and optimizing cost control functions, budgeting, and forecasting for the project. Furthermore, this role will drive Business Improvement Initiatives by analyzing financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities, optimizing financial procedures, and ensuring accurate, high-quality reporting across all project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist in the preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of the annual budget and periodic forecasting.
• Identify, develop, and implement Business Improvement (BI) initiatives to optimize costs, streamline financial processes, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget/Forecast) and provide actionable financial insights to management.
• Review and monitor Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), development, and sustaining costs proposed by departments, including tracking progress against approved budgets.
• Provide comprehensive analytical support to the Cost Control Supervisor and Superintendent.
• Effectively manage all aspects of day-to-day and monthly financial project/reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and create high-level financial and operational reporting dashboards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
• Min. 2 years of work experience in the Mining or Oil and Gas Industry within Commercial, Cost Control, or Business Analyst roles.
• Previous experience as an Auditor at a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Cost Control, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting concepts.
• Knowledge or experience in Business / Continuous Improvement methodologies is a strong advantage.
• Mastering ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Ms. Excel (experience with financial modelling, Power Query, or macros is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Willing to be placed at Merdeka Site with roster 4 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to PoH).
• Willingness working on a contract basis.

2. SENIOR METALLURGY DEVELOPMENT

Overview:

• Manage and develop programs to improve metallurgical processes, optimize recovery, process efficiency, and develop mineral processing technology to increase productivity, plant performance, and the economic value of mining operations. We hope your permit matters can be resolved quickly and properly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement process optimization programs to improve recovery, throughput, plant efficiency, and support increased productivity and operational performance.
• Analyze metallurgical process performance and identify improvement opportunities based on operational data and laboratory test results to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the processing process.
• Manage metallurgical test work, plant trial, and process development studies to support improvements in plant performance, efficiency, and operational reliability.
• Provide technical recommendations regarding operating parameters, reagent consumption, process control, and product quality improvement to support the optimization of processing process performance.
• Coordinate with the Operation, Maintenance, Engineering, and Laboratory teams in implementing improvement projects to ensure implementation runs effectively and according to operational targets.
• Compiling technical reports, process performance evaluations, and proposals for processing technology development to support increased efficiency, reliability, and plant operational performance.

Requirements:

• Possess education Bachelor of Metallurgical Engineering.
• Have min. 3 years of work experience in similar position in Senior level in extraction/processing mineral mine site.
• Strong understanding of mass balance and copper extraction process, process optimization, statistical process control, continues improvement.
• Ability to do mass balance and metallurgical accounting system, laboratory testing and analysis.
• Proficiency in sampling practices, lab analysis and familiar with metallurgical testwork program.
• Comfortable in demanding and collaborative work environment.
• Willing to be placed in Wetar, Maluku with roster 4 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to Point of Hire).
• Willing to work in contract based.

3. MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT

Overview:

• The role of this position is to manage, direct, and supervise all mobile equipment maintenance activities on site, including heavy equipment (HE), tire management, ancillary equipment, as well as planning and reliability functions, to ensure the availability of mining operational units according to production targets with HSE standards and efficient costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on mining heavy equipment and supporting units to ensure availability, reliability, and utilization in accordance with production targets.
• Manage troubleshooting, major repairs, and coordinate with vendors/OEMs to maintain equipment performance and reliability.
• Manage the tire management program, including monitoring usage, lifetime, performance, and cost per hour according to OEM standards.
• Control work orders, maintenance scheduling, backlog management, and CMMS/ERP implementation to support maintenance effectiveness.
• Manage the reliability program through monitoring MTBF, MTTR, condition monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop the competencies of supervisors, foremen, and technicians to support maintenance performance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, and HSE to ensure the smooth and safe running of maintenance activities.
• Prepare and control the maintenance budget (OPEX & CAPEX), monitor maintenance cost efficiency, and prepare maintenance performance reports to the Maintenance Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Have min. 5 years of work experience as Mobile Maintenance Superintendent/ min. 10 years as Mobile Maintenance Supervisor from reputed mining company.
• Excel in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management, tyre and ancillary equipment management, reliability engineering (MTBF, MTTR, Condition Monitoring), budgeting and cost control in Maintenance.
• Strong leadership and people development, analytical thinking (data driven maintenance), problem solving and decision making, communication and negotiation, and adaptable.
• POM certified would be a plus.
• Well communicate in english, both oral and written.
• Willing to be placed in Wetar, Maluku with roster 4 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to PoH).
• Willingness working on a contract basis.
