1. EXPORT IMPORT OFFICER
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate import shipments, including cargo consolidation and delivery schedules, to optimize cost and lead time.
- Monitor cargo readiness and end-to-end shipment movement from overseas loading to final delivery.
- Evaluate logistics service proposals and recommend suitable freight forwarders based on cost, capabilities, and performance.

Key Responsibility:
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting long-term financial planning, and CAPEX management for TSF (Tailing storage facility) operations and closure activities.
- Develop and maintain transparent, auditable shareholder fee allocation and billing methodologies for HPAL companies.
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting, taxation, transfer pricing regulations, and related party transaction requirements.
- Oversee cash flow planning, treasury activities, liquidity management, and working capital optimization.
- Prepare and present financial reports, shareholder fee reports, budget performance, operating costs, and CAPEX updates to the Board and Shareholder Representatives.

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Operations Supervisor to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal operations, regulatory compliance, and contract management, preferably within the mining or natural resources industry experience(s) and/or knowledge(s). The candidate will be responsible for supervising legal activities, managing legal risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing legal support and advice to management and relevant departments.
Qualifications:
- Law graduated from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, or corporate legal environment.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading role is preferred.
- Experience in the mining, natural resources, energy, industrial estate or other related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations related to mining operations, corporate matters, contracts, licensing, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and monitor inventory levels to ensure material availability and support procurement requirements.

- Process service Goods Receipt in the ERP system upon completion of required documentation and verification.
- Coordinate with warehouse vendors and monitor SLA achievement and service quality.
