1. SWITCH BOARD OPERATOR

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and reliability of MCC operations, the proper execution of isolation procedures, the monitoring of metering systems in each building.
• Conduct routine inspection of the GSUT transformer requires a competent and dedication operator to prevent electrical disturbances and potential hazards.
• Conduct emergency actions in emergency condition that endangers the continuity of plant and human operations to support the operation and safety of Plant operations.
• Conduct minor maintenance such as cleaning and tightening bolts of equipment in order to ensure the Plant operation is not interrupted.

Job Requirements

• Minimum graduate of a Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in Electrical Engineering.
• Maximum 2 years of experience in related position from coal fired power plant
• Good communication skill.
• Having profieciency in English both verbal and written.
• Willing to be located at Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan- NON ROSTER.

2. ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring, ensuring, implementing, and evaluating daily accounting operations and staff performance to maintain efficient accounting processes, achieve departmental goals, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Develop and update accounting SOPs and policies in accordance with company regulations, K3LH requirements, applicable management systems, and other relevant guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient accounting processes.
• Consolidate and review departmental budgets during the budget preparation process to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, alignment with the Financial Model, and consistency with company objectives. Supervise budget realization to maintain financial health and support strategic activities and goals.
• Prepare financial statements and oversee financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy, compliance with Indonesian Accounting Standards, group accounting policies, applicable regulations, and timely submission.
• Supervise and maintain the filing of accounting documents, ensuring proper organization, completeness, and easy accessibility.
• Support the provision of relevant data and information to address and clarify inaccurate or unsupported information identified during audits, ensuring timely and effective completion of the audit process.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, or related finance functions.
• Strong knowledge of month-end/year-end closing, account reconciliation, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
• Good understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK/IFRS), accounting principles, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Familiar with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost monitoring.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good command of written and spoken English is preferred.

3. PROCUREMENT BUYER

Job Responsibilities

• Purchase goods, materials, and services to ensure that the company operational needs are met, considering price, quality, and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.
• Receive requests for the procurement of goods and services from related user regarding form of purchase requests (PR), to verify and to coordinate with the related user for clarification (if necessary) to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the PRs in accordance with the company’s goods & services policies.
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate the cycle time process from PR to PO (Purchase Order), to prepare the related reports and to make recommendations so that the cycle time process from PR to PO can be in accordance with the pre-determined targets.
•  Review and recap monthly purchases and analyze their accuracy based on budgets to ensure its compliance with the pre-planned budgets.
•  Ensure the goods are received in accordance with the Purchase Order (PO) to make sure the goods are delivered based on the User’s needs.
•  Analyze request requirements and to prepare the procurement mechanism as well as the required documentation to ensure its accordance with budgets and or needs as well as the prevailing policies, systems, and procedures.
•  Record all vendors / suppliers based on price, availability, and delivery accuracy as well as the quality of goods and services each vendor / supplier provides to be used as a database for vendor / supplier selection.
• Conduct vendor / supplier selection process, by direct selection or through a tender process, to ensure the company is engaged with the best vendor / supplier for procurement purposes by considering price, quality, delivery accuracy, and quantity.
• Execute procurement process for goods / services and to monitor the progress status to ensure its specification and schedule compliance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma III (D3) degree in Accounting/Management/Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position from Power Plant/ Manufacturing Industry or 5 years from any Industry.
• Have Basic Procurement / Supply Chain Certification
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and ERP (such as Axapta)
• Good communication & Negotiation skill
• Good command in English both verbal and written are preferable
• Willing to be located at Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan (non-roster based)

4. MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with all departments regarding long term (5Y) and short term (1Y) objectives and work plan as well as progress achievement.
• Implement and maintain an integrated management system in accordance with the prevailing regulations, international standards, and company policies as well as evaluating system performance.
• Support to ensure that all departments understand and adhere to the Innovation Policies, Procedures, Standard Parameter, Guidelines, and systems that implement in Company as well as maintain a centralized repository for all related documents.
• Monitor ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) and its determining control as well as developing its database.
• Implement a calendar of events as well as monitoring and making notes on the implementation of PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles to ensure the agreed action plans are implemented and reported in a documented manner.
• Review LTA reports created by each department in terms of language and format to minimize report creation errors.
• Implement the company regulations, K3LH rules, applicable management system and other guidance documents to ensure the conduciveness, safety and quality of work environment in activities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from any major (Management/Industrial Engineering are preferable)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Management System/Continuous Improvement/ PDCA Specialist from Power Plant/ Manufacturing Industry or 5 years from any Industry
• Good knowledge of Quality Management System and Business Improvement
• Have Integrated Management System (IMS) Internal Auditor Certification
• Good time management, detail oriented, strong analytical skill, and sense of urgency
• Good command in English both verbal and written
• Willing to be placed in Tanjung-Tabalong, South Kalimantan (non-roster)
