1. LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum seven (7) years of proven experience in logistics, preferably within the Oil & Gas or LNG industry.
• Proven experience in a client side logistics coordination role, preferably supporting EPCIC projects.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international logistics, shipment coordination, and material movement.
• Proven experience coordinating import and export activities with Customs, BKPM, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and contractors.
• Good understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and international logistics requirements.
• Experience supporting logistics activities for plant operations, maintenance, projects, shutdowns, and remote operating locations.
• Proficient in logistics, inventory, and material management systems, including SAP CMMS, with strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibility

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of materials, equipment, and spare parts to ensure timely delivery to operational sites.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics activities supporting plant operations, maintenance, projects, and shutdowns.
• Coordinate with Customs, BKPM, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and contractors to facilitate import/export documentation and customs clearance.
• Ensure shipping and customs documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained for audit and compliance purposes.
• Coordinate logistics activities for remote operating locations while ensuring timely and cost effective transportation of critical materials.
• Monitor shipment status, identify potential delays, and proactively resolve logistics issues to minimize operational disruptions.
• Support inventory forecasting, demand planning, replenishment, and material availability in coordination with Warehouse, Procurement, Maintenance, and Operations.
• Monitor logistics performance, ensure compliance with HSE and applicable regulations, and recommend process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.

2. LOGISTICS ADMIN

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum three (3) years of proven experience in logistics administration, logistics support, document control, or a similar role.
• Preferably experienced in the Oil & Gas, LNG, EPC, or energy industry.
• Good understanding of logistics documentation, document control, and record keeping practices.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation, import/export processes, and customs requirements.
• Experience supporting import/export logistics documentation and customs clearance processes.
• Familiarity with logistics document management systems and ERP systems, such as SAP, is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, analytical, reporting, communication, and coordination skills, with high attention to detail and fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibility

• Maintain and update logistics document status to ensure shipment records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Track approved logistics documents, including shipping documents, customs documentation, import/export permits, delivery records, and related approvals.
• Coordinate with Logistics Coordinators, Procurement, Warehouse, Project, and Operations teams to obtain and verify supporting documentation.
• Maintain electronic and hardcopy filing systems for logistics and customs records, ensuring document traceability and confidentiality.
• Prepare periodic reports covering shipment status, document progress, outstanding approvals, and logistics activities.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of logistics documentation required for customs audits and project reporting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics administration and document management.
• Ensure logistics documentation and administrative activities comply with company policies, HSE requirements, and applicable customs and import/export regulations.

3. COST CONTROL

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum five (5) years of proven experience as a Cost Controller, preferably within EPC projects.
• Experience in cost control activities for construction, commissioning, or major project environments.
• Strong knowledge of site cost management, including actual costs, commitments, invoices, cash flow, and cost forecasting.
• Proven experience reviewing vendor costs, timesheets, reimbursable expenses, and supporting documentation.
• Good understanding of Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Service Orders, contract changes, and invoice certification processes.
• Strong knowledge of budget control, cost variance analysis, Forecast-to-Go, and Estimate to Complete (ETC).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office applications, and relevant cost control software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or equivalent, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and fluency in English and Indonesian.

Responsibility

• Maintain and update site cost records covering actual costs, commitments, invoices, cash flow, and forecast costs for site activities.
• Review and validate construction and commissioning Vendor Representative timesheets against attendance, service requests, site assignments, approvals, and contractual provisions.
• Monitor and validate site expenses and reimbursable costs, including transportation, consumables, tools, equipment rental, fuel, and materials.
• Maintain site commitment and invoice registers, including approved values, invoiced amounts, payments, outstanding balances, and forecast final values.
• Review site invoices against contracts, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, approved rates, milestones, timesheets, delivery records, and supporting documents.
• Prepare monthly site cost forecast inputs covering commitments, accruals, cash flow, Forecast-to-Go, and Estimate to Complete.
• Analyze actual and committed costs against the approved budget and latest forecast, identifying significant variances and potential cost overruns.
• Prepare monthly site cost reports and coordinate with Construction, Commissioning, Planning, Quantity Surveying, SCM, Finance, Contractors, and Jakarta Cost Control teams.

4. LEAD ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in environmental management, including significant experience within Oil & Gas or energy projects.
• Proven experience leading environmental teams and coordinating with multidisciplinary project functions.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations, environmental permits, AMDAL, RKL-RPL, and PERTEK requirements.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and obtaining approvals for AMDAL and ESIA.
• Strong understanding of IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles, and lender environmental and social requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in ESG strategy, sustainability programs, environmental performance monitoring, and reporting.
• Proven experience in environmental risk management, environmental audits, compliance assurance, and environmental monitoring programs.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibility

• Lead, manage, and develop the Environmental team while establishing environmental strategies, objectives, KPIs, and governance.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian environmental regulations, permits, and approvals, including AMDAL, RKL-RPL, and PERTEK.
• Lead the development, implementation, and updating of AMDAL, ESIA, and related environmental studies and commitments.
• Own compliance with IFC Performance Standards and lender requirements, including Environmental and Social Due Diligence and ESAP implementation.
• Develop and drive ESG and sustainability initiatives covering biodiversity, emissions reduction, water management, climate-related risks, and sustainability reporting.
• Identify and manage environmental risks across the project lifecycle and lead environmental audits, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Oversee environmental monitoring programs covering air, water, noise, marine environment, biodiversity, rehabilitation, conservation, and offset initiatives.
• Manage environmental contractors and consultants, lead stakeholder and community engagement, and provide environmental performance and compliance reporting to management and lenders.

5. SR PROJECT ENGINEER (MIDSTREAM)

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 12 years of experience in engineering and project execution, preferably within EPC/EPCIC Oil & Gas, LNG, or industrial projects.
• Proven experience in Oil & Gas projects, particularly Midstream, gas processing, LNG facilities, pipeline, or gas piping projects.
• Strong knowledge of gas processing/LNG facilities, gas piping and pipeline systems, engineering design principles, and applicable industry standards such as API, ASME, and IEC.
• Proven experience supporting full cycle EPCIC project execution, covering Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning.
• Strong experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities, including interfaces between EPC contractors, vendors, PMC, and client teams.
• Proven experience in pipeline/gas piping or associated facilities projects, including design review, constructability, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and system completion.
• Strong understanding of project controls, including schedule, cost, risk, change management, progress monitoring, and interface management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering, with strong communication, coordination, problem solving, HSE, and regulatory compliance capabilities.

Responsibility

• Support the Project Manager in the execution of Midstream Gas Processing, Pipeline, and Associated Facilities projects.
• Coordinate engineering activities with EPC contractors, vendors, PMC, and internal teams.
• Monitor overall project progress across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning.
• Review technical deliverables, designs, and specifications to ensure project requirements are met.
• Coordinate the resolution of technical queries, field changes, and project interface issues.
• Support construction and commissioning activities, including system completion and handover.
• Monitor project risks, cost impacts, schedule, and changes, and support corrective actions.
• Ensure project activities comply with HSE requirements, Indonesian regulations, and applicable Oil & Gas standards.
