1. INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in major project management or infrastructure construction, preferably in a mining environment
• Strong leadership in directing, coordinating, and executing large-scale infrastructure projects
• Good understanding of project cost control, scheduling, and quality management
• Certified as First-Line Operational Supervisor (Pengawas Operasional Pertama/POP) and Building/Construction Safety Supervisor (Pengawas K3 Bangunan) is an advantage
• Experience in contractor and subcontractor supervision and HSE compliance monitoring
• Strong risk identification and mitigation skills
• Proficient in project reporting and progress monitoring
• Willing to work on a 6:2 FIFO roster

Key Roles:

• Direct the planning, coordination, and execution of major projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards
• Manage and optimize the utilization of project resources including manpower, equipment, and materials, and provide accurate and timely progress reports
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with technical specifications, contract terms, and HSE standards
• Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to prevent disruption to key targets

2. DOCUMENT CONTROL SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Administration, Engineering, or Management
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in document control, preferably in project or construction environments
• Strong document management and data organization skills
• Proficient in electronic document management systems (softcopy and hardcopy archiving)
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to document accuracy, revision control, and distribution records
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors
• Willing to work on a 6:2 FIFO roster
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles:

• Manage and oversee the project document control system in accordance with company standards
• Supervise the registration, distribution, and storage of all project documents
• Ensure all engineering and contract documents are properly documented and filed
• Control document revisions and status to ensure all records are always up to date
• Distribute approved documents to relevant parties and maintain distribution records
• Oversee document archiving in both softcopy and hardcopy formats
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineering Team, and Project Control on document status reporting and integration

3. SR. CIVIL STRUCTURE ENGINEER

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8+ years of total experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years as a Structural Engineer
• Proven experience as Civil/Structural Engineer in EPC projects, especially in sectors such as smelter, oil & gas, power plant, petrochemical, and mining/infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of structural design, field supervision & quality control
• Proficient in STAAD Pro & ETABS
• Strong understanding of construction standards, regulations & K3 procedures
• Certified as First-Line Operational Supervisor (Pengawas Operasional Pertama/POP) and Building/Construction Safety Supervisor (Pengawas K3 Bangunan) is an advantage
• Familiar with Civil Structure Standard/Code (SNI, ACI, AISC, ASCE, ASTM, etc.)
• Committed to K3 (Health & Safety) and environmental compliance

4. CAPITAL PROJECT SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or related field)
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in project engineering or project management
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and construction methods
• Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and cost control
• Certified as First-Line Operational Supervisor (Pengawas Operasional Pertama/POP) and Building/Construction Safety Supervisor (Pengawas K3 Bangunan)
• Familiar with HSE and quality standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in civil cost estimation for infrastructure or capital projects
• Proficient in quantity take-off from technical drawings and preparation of detailed BOQ
• Strong knowledge of unit price analysis (AHS), material pricing, labor, and equipment costs
• Experienced in cost breakdown structure (CBS) development and project budget preparation
• Familiar with market price benchmarking and historical project cost databases
• Strong analytical thinking and cost engineering skills
• Good coordination skills with Engineering, Project Control, and Procurement teams
• Willing to work on a 6:2 FIFO roster
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles:

• Develop accurate and comprehensive civil work cost estimates (RAB) based on design specifications and engineering drawings
• Perform quantity take-off from technical drawings to produce detailed and accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Analyze unit prices for materials, labor, and equipment to develop the Unit Price Analysis (AHS)
• Conduct market price benchmarking and maintain an up-to-date historical project cost database as a reference for future estimates
• Develop and maintain the Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) for infrastructure and capital projects
• Coordinate with the Engineering team to ensure alignment between design and cost estimates
• Coordinate with Project Control on cost baselines and with Procurement on reference pricing
• Liaise with vendors for price clarification and with consultants for estimate validation
• Recommend value engineering strategies and alternative materials or work methods to optimize project costs
