1. SENIOR METALLURGY DEVELOPMENT

Overview:

  • Manage and develop programs to improve metallurgical processes, optimize recovery, process efficiency, and develop mineral processing technology to increase productivity, plant performance, and the economic value of mining operations. We hope your permit matters can be resolved quickly and properly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process optimization programs to improve recovery, throughput, plant efficiency, and support increased productivity and operational performance.
  • Analyze metallurgical process performance and identify improvement opportunities based on operational data and laboratory test results to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the processing process.
  • Manage metallurgical test work, plant trial, and process development studies to support improvements in plant performance, efficiency, and operational reliability.
  • Provide technical recommendations regarding operating parameters, reagent consumption, process control, and product quality improvement to support the optimization of processing process performance.
  • Coordinate with the Operation, Maintenance, Engineering, and Laboratory teams in implementing improvement projects to ensure implementation runs effectively and according to operational targets.
  • Compiling technical reports, process performance evaluations, and proposals for processing technology development to support increased efficiency, reliability, and plant operational performance.

Requirements:

  • Possess education Bachelor of Metallurgical Engineering.
  • Have min. 3 years of work experience in similar position in Senior level in extraction/processing mineral mine site.
  • Strong understanding of mass balance and copper extraction process, process optimization, statistical process control, continuous improvement.
  • Ability to do mass balance and metallurgical accounting system, laboratory testing and analysis.
  • Proficiency in sampling practices, lab analysis and familiar with metallurgical testwork program.
  • Comfortable in demanding and collaborative work environment.
  • Willing to be placed in Wetar, Maluku with roster 4 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to Point of Hire).
  • Willing to work in contract based.

2. SAFETY BEHAVIOR & CULTURE OFFICER

Overview:

  • This role is responsible for supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of Safety & Behavior Culture programs to promote safe work behaviors, strengthen safety leadership, and foster a proactive safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of Safety & Behavior Culture programs, workshops, coaching sessions, and awareness campaigns for employees and contractors to strengthen safety leadership and safe work behaviors.
  • Manage and monitor Safety & Behavior Culture activities by coordinating participant registration, training schedules, attendance records, program logistics, and maintaining accurate program documentation.
  • Evaluate and report the effectiveness of Safety & Behavior Culture initiatives by collecting program data, preparing dashboards and performance reports, supporting behavioral observations, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with operational departments to promote safety culture initiatives, support leadership engagement, ensure compliance with company HSE standards, and contribute to achieving organizational safety performance objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Safety, HSE Training, Safety Culture, Learning & Development, or a related field, preferably in the mining or other high-risk industries.
  • Experience in facilitating training, workshops, coaching sessions, or behavior-based safety (BBS) programs is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Safety Culture, Behavior-Based Safety (BBS), adult learning principles, communication techniques, and HSE management systems.
  • Proficient in preparing training materials, presentations, reports, dashboards, Microsoft Office, and learning or HSE management systems.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence positive behavioral change across all organizational levels.
  • Willing to be placed in Wetar, Maluku with a 4 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off roster (leave transportation will be fully accommodated to the Point of Hire).
  • Willing to work under a contract-based employment arrangement.

3. OHS SYSTEM SR. OFFICER

Overview:

  • This role is responsible for managing the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management System to ensure compliance with mining regulations, company standards, and continuous improvement of HSE performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS) in compliance with SMKP Minerba, ISO 45001, applicable regulations, and company standards to ensure an effective and sustainable HSE management framework.
  • Coordinate and oversee HSE governance processes, including internal audits, management reviews, Critical Control Management (CCM), HIRADC, regulatory compliance, document control, and the timely closure of audit findings and corrective actions.
  • Monitor and analyze HSE performance by evaluating incidents, inspections, safety observations, KPIs, and other leading and lagging indicators to identify trends, ensure system effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen safety culture, support HSE digitalization initiatives, and maintain effective reporting systems, dashboards, and HSE databases that enhance organizational HSE performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), HSE Management Systems, or HSE Governance, preferably in the mining or other high-risk industries, with hands-on experience in implementing SMKP Minerba and/or ISO 45001.
  • Professional certifications in SMKP Minerba and/or ISO 45001 Internal/Lead Auditor are preferred. Additional training in Incident Investigation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Risk Assessment, HIRADC, Internal Audit, or Document Control is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of OHS Management Systems, HSE governance, regulatory compliance, Critical Control Management (CCM), Risk Assessment, HIRADC, internal audits, incident investigation, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) management.
  • Proficient in HSE performance monitoring, KPI development, dashboard reporting, HSE data analysis, document control, management system administration, and digital HSE reporting platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a proactive safety culture.
  • Willing to be placed in Wetar, Maluku with a 4 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off roster (leave transportation will be fully accommodated to the Point of Hire).
  • Willing to contract based employment.

4. OHS SYSTEM OFFICER

Overview:

  • This role is responsible for supporting the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management System to ensure compliance with mining regulations, company standards, and HSE management system requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS) in compliance with SMKP Minerba, ISO 45001, applicable regulations, and company standards.
  • Assist in coordinating HSE management system activities, including document control, internal audits, management reviews, HIRADC, Critical Control Management (CCM), and regulatory compliance monitoring.
  • Monitor and compile HSE performance data, including incidents, inspections, safety observations, KPIs, and audit findings, while preparing reports and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operational departments to promote safety culture, maintain HSE databases and reporting systems, and ensure effective implementation of HSE management programs.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), HSE Management Systems, or HSE Administration, preferably in the mining or other high-risk industries.
  • Professional certifications in SMKP Minerba and/or ISO 45001 Internal Auditor are preferred. Additional training in Incident Investigation, Risk Assessment, HIRADC, or Internal Audit is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of OHS Management Systems, SMKP Minerba, ISO 45001, regulatory compliance, HIRADC, Critical Control Management (CCM), and HSE documentation.
  • Proficient in HSE reporting, KPI monitoring, document control, Microsoft Office, and HSE database or digital reporting systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willing to be placed in Wetar, Maluku with a 4 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off roster (leave transportation will be fully accommodated to the Point of Hire).
  • Willing to work under a contract-based employment arrangement.
