• Project Engineer
• HR Project Foreman (Payroll)
• Community Development Foreman (Paramedic)

Project Engineer

Kualifikasi & Persyaratan:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in mining or civil related work.
• Familiar with mining regulations, occupational health and safety (OHS), and community engagement.
• Skilled in daily operations planning and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, ArcMap, Google Earth, Vulcan, Global Mapper (basic), and Microsoft Excel (intermediate).
• Willing to work on-site with a 10:2 roster schedule.

HR Project Foreman (Payroll)

Kualifikasi & Persyaratan:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources management or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years experience as an HR Payroll Foreman.
• Strong understanding of payroll & industrial relations processes, with experience in resolving labor-related issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with familiarity with Talenta HR software.
• Willing to work at site with 10:2 roster.

Community Development Foreman (Paramedic)

Kualifikasi & Persyaratan:

• Minimum education of Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the mining industry or project site.
• Possess a valid Registration Certificate (STR) and Practice License (SIP).
• Hold certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, and Occupational Health (Hiperkes).
• Experience in handling emergency childbirth situations.
• Able to work under pressure and communicate effectively within a team.
• Willing to work on-site with a 10:2 roster schedule.
