1. Organization Development Superintendent

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Organization Development.
• Strong understanding of Organization Design, Job Evaluation & Job Grading, Competency Management, Performance Management, Talent Management & Succession Planning, and HR Analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and HRIS.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi.

Key Roles

• Review and evaluate organizational structure and propose changes aligned with business needs and company strategy.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions, conduct job analysis and evaluation, and ensure alignment with company grading policy.
• Develop competency dictionary, competency matrix, competency gap analysis, and support competency assessments.
• Manage Performance Management System (KPI), monitor implementation, and prepare performance reports.
• Support talent review and succession planning, including Nine Box Matrix and talent mapping.
• Conduct organizational effectiveness and workforce productivity analysis.
• Develop and update OD policies, SOPs, and HR guidelines.
• Manage HR analytics dashboards and provide data-driven recommendations.

2. Senior Project Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Project Engineering or Project Management.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and construction methods.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Familiar with HSE and Quality standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (Primavera/MS Project).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Good English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi.

Key Roles

• Coordinate project execution according to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Review engineering drawings, method statements, and technical documents.
• Monitor project progress and prepare periodic reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, HSE, and technical standards.
• Support procurement activities and material requirements.
• Resolve technical issues in the field effectively.

3. Project Scheduler

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Project Management.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Project Scheduling or Project Planning.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, planning, and control.
• Experienced in baseline schedule development and progress monitoring.
• Skilled in delay analysis, schedule risk analysis, and recovery planning.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent scheduling software.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi.

Key Roles

• Develop and manage project schedules based on project timeline, milestones, and targets.
• Prepare and maintain baseline schedules based on approved scope of work.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and integrate it into project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly schedule performance reports.
• Analyze project delays and recommend recovery schedules.
• Develop and maintain S-Curve as a project monitoring tool.
• Coordinate scheduling activities with engineering, procurement, construction, contractors, and consultants.
